To access BetVIP's full range of games and services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

• Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses forfeited.

BetVIP supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your BetVIP account instantly in most cases. Delays caused by payment providers are outside BetVIP's control.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average during normal operating hours.
• BetVIP reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by BetVIP support.

BetVIP does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your provider before initiating a transaction.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with BetVIP games or services.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using BetVIP for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the BetVIP platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BetVIP staff or other players.

• Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
• Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

• Accounts closed due to self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.
